Drivetrain work covers everything between the engine and the pavement: clutch replacements and upgraded clutch kits, flywheels, limited-slip differential installs and rebuilds, driveshafts, axles, and the engine and transmission mounts that keep it all located. For drift and track builds, an LSD is usually the single most transformative change — and we set up ramp angles and preload for the use, not just bolt in a box.
Power the drivetrain can't hold is power you can't use. A stock clutch behind a tuned turbo engine slips first under boost in high gears — subtle at first, then suddenly a no-drive situation. An open differential wastes corner-exit power as one-wheel spin. And worn mounts make everything feel worse: drivetrain clunk, vague shifting, wheel hop that hammers axles. Matching these components to the car's actual output makes the whole car feel tighter.
Clutch: slipping under boost, a high or vague engagement point, or shudder from a dual-mass flywheel. LSD: any drift or track ambition, or one-wheel burnouts where you wanted two. Mounts: clunks on throttle lift, gear lever movement under acceleration. If you're adding serious power, plan the drivetrain at the same time as the tune — not after the first tow.
